Where your data lives
Lomnera application data and uploaded files are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Communications with our services use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Primary data stores use AWS encryption at rest.
Who can access it
Your documents and property information are used to operate your Lomnera account and features. We do not sell your personal information. Access by Lomnera personnel is limited to what is needed to operate, support, and secure the Service.
Monitoring and reliability
In Lomnera backend services we use AWS CloudWatch for infrastructure logging, metrics, and operational reliability. In the Lomnera mobile app and backend services (not on the lomnera.com marketing site), we may use Sentry for application error and performance monitoring when enabled. Diagnostic information associated with errors may be processed to help us identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues.
Third-party processing
Certain features send content you submit (such as photos, documents, or chat messages) to subprocessors so we can deliver the Service — including AI analysis providers and cloud infrastructure. Those vendors process data on our behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
Deletion
You can delete individual documents or your whole account. See Delete account.
