How Lomnera uses AI — and where we draw lines.
What AI does here
Reads your documents, explains findings, estimates ranges, suggests maintenance, and answers questions grounded in your home's records.
What we make it show its work on
Findings link to source report language; estimates carry confidence labels; provenance matters here.
Home Health Score — honest scope
Home Health Score brings available property information, findings, maintenance, and known risks into one clear view of where your home may need attention. It is based on information currently available in Lomnera — not a certification, appraisal, inspection, or prediction of exact failure.
It helps you see the big picture; it does not tell you a home passes or fails, and it does not replace a qualified professional examining your property.
Where we deliberately hold back
No definitive diagnoses from photos; no pass/fail verdicts on homes; no exact-price promises; no DIY guidance for dangerous work (gas, electrical panels, roofs, structural) — those always route to licensed professionals.
When Lomnera is unsure
It says so. An honest “confidence: low, widen the range” beats a confident wrong answer.
