Privacy Choices

To request access to or correction of personal information associated with your Lomnera app account, email privacy@lomnera.com from the email on your account and describe your request. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify identity.

This website does not provide a self-serve data-export download. Where available, you may also manage certain profile details in the Lomnera mobile app.

You can delete your Lomnera app account without opening the app:

• Use Delete account on this website (email verification required), or
• In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account, or
• Email support@lomnera.com.

If you subscribed to Lomnera Launch Updates or early-access email from lomnera.com, you can unsubscribe using the link in those emails. Subscription confirmation is managed through HubSpot double opt-in.

Deleting a Lomnera app account does not automatically delete a separate website marketing contact stored in HubSpot. To request deletion of an early-access or Launch Updates contact, email privacy@lomnera.com and include the email address used on the website signup.

In the Lomnera mobile app, you can control device permissions (camera, photos, microphone, location, and notifications) in your device settings. Turning off a permission may limit related features. Location used for weather and address assist is described in the Privacy Policy.

On lomnera.com, we use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate traffic and limited non-identifying custom events. We do not operate an advertising cookie or cross-site tracking stack on the marketing site. See Website Analytics & Cookies.

In the mobile app, product analytics and diagnostics (including error monitoring when enabled) are described in the Privacy Policy. You can also contact us with questions about those practices.
