Request deletion without opening the app
This form deletes a Lomnera mobile app account. You do not need to install or open the app to use it.

In the app
Open Lomnera → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Confirm when prompted.
What gets deleted
After we accept a verified deletion request, we remove your account and associated personal data from live production systems according to our deletion workflow — including property profiles, uploaded documents, extracted findings, scans, chat history, and related account data — except information we must retain for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or backup-lifecycle purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
Website marketing contacts
Deleting your Lomnera app account does not automatically delete a separate marketing or Launch Updates contact created if you signed up for early access on lomnera.com. To unsubscribe or request deletion of that contact, use the unsubscribe link in those emails or see Privacy Choices.
